• Rates Start at $75 per night with a 2-night minimum stay depending on the time of year.

• 7-day minimum 2026/7 seasonal stay (Saturday to Saturday May 30 - August 30) - weekly rate varies throughout the season.

• Departure Cleaning Fee of $195, 13% South Carolina Transient Lodging tax, and 4% credit card administrative fee added to the rental rate.

• $500 refundable security deposit required which may be held on a major credit card three (3) days prior to arrival.

• Strict No Smoking Policy in-and-around condo. Smoking inside the condo or on the balcony automatically forfeits your security deposit.

• Electronic welcome guide available after booking.

• Items may not be draped over the balcony or left in the common hallway outside the condo.

• For long term rentals, prospective tenant is responsible for third-party screening cost for each adult over the age of 18.
