Our second-floor beachfront condo offers spacious accommodations, comfortably hosting up to six guests within its generous floor plan featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Inside, you'll find three 40" LED TVs, all equipped with high-speed wireless internet access. Ocean Forest Villas has recently upgraded its high-speed open wireless network to enhance speed, ensuring effortless connectivity for all your mobile devices and laptops.

Each room has been thoughtfully designed, and our hospitality and amenities are tailored to provide you with the most enjoyable and relaxing stay possible. We trust that our meticulous attention to detail will make your time spent here truly rewarding.

The Details

• Perfectly appointed second floor, direct-ocean front condo just a few feet from the beach

• Rates Start at $105 per night with a 2-night minimum stay depending on the time of year

• 7-day minimum 2025 seasonal stay (Saturday to Saturday May 30 - August 30) - weekly rate is $1,995 before departure cleaning and taxes

• Departure Cleaning Fee of $175 and 13% South Carolina Transient Lodging tax to the base rental rate

• 2 Bedroom, 2 Full bathrooms, both with walk-in ceramic-tiled showers.

• Sleeps 6 Comfortably (1 Queen, 2 Twins/Swing-King, & 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa)

• Towels & Linens included with rental (beach towels not included)

• High-speed wireless internet

• 3 SMART LED TVs that are all internet-ready for streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu) and one Blackberry Pi Gaming system in the living room plus a Nintendo Wii in the guest bedroom for the kids (or adults!)

• Completely remodeled second-floor unit only steps to the beach

• 2 Large Pools, 2 Large Jacuzzis, on-site laundry and barbecue grills on property
